Pixilart and Paint.net are the most widely used ones I believe.
Pixilart is a website meaning you can access it on any device. It's mainly suited to pixel art drawings (who would've guessed?) but it works well. https://www.pixilart.com/
Paint.net is an application for Windows, so less accessible. It's more suited to higher quality drawings, but the main important thing is that it allows you to use textures. https://www.getpaint.net/download.html (make sure you get it from the website, the Microsoft Store version is paid)
