Alot of these layouts are really bad

But if you want to, you could host your own. Don't know how much attention it'll get though

Is this like Mario Kart PC's version of Mario Kart retro rewind from Wii where every track from across the series is here?

Everything but SMK & World is planned I'm pretty sure.

MK8 is also not planned to be in the multicup, because BowserJr03 said "we could always just update the existing mk8 project" but to my knowledge the hosts for it left mkpc so i'm unsure why he would say that.

The 3DS Tracks have just been released, go check them out

Could You add my Course GCN Wario Colosseum Remastered? Or My Course SNES Choco Island 2 Remastered V2?

We're not doing SNES tracks since RHcks' SMKDX exists.

We've also got a GCN WC already, but even if we didn't the image quality in your version isn't enough for an accept (we've almost finished GCN btw).
