My Ideas are:
Add a Fan Made Item named the Bomb Shell.
So how it would work it will target people like the red shell but it will explode When it collides with anything
Add New stats.
Drift: How Long/Short the mini turbo will charge
Mini turbo: The duration of the mini turbo

First one already exists it's called a blue shell
Extra stats is not something many people look forward to and would likely take alot of recoding that could've been better spent elsewhere.
My ideas are:

2: We wanted to see the bell of Mario Kart Tour on Mario Kart PC! 🔔
Would be better to add Superhorn then, which similarly to the Thunder Cloud would be terrible in online due to lag

Heres my idea so a fan item called the king shell it's kinda like the king mushroom but u get infinite green shells and red shells also blue shells for 30 seconds and they fall to you then once they fall down to you they start spinning around you and the max is 20 around you and the percentages down here
Way too OP, also this game only adds items from other Mario Kart games

Fire flower maybe though unlikely, Ice flower would be redundant

Yoshi Egg is honestly the only new item I could see work with MKPC
Feather would be terrible due to the way checkpoints work in this game
Why not the MK World version?

Music overrides. Sure you can kinda do it with the lap overrides but it apparently causes the music to restart. I’m talking overrides that ensure smooth musical transitions
