CTGP-PC Deluxe is a revived spinoff to the original CTGP-PC, a multi-cup consisting of various custom-made tracks by the community to be featured in this project!!
The release date for this project is currently undetermined, as tracks would need to be selected for this multi-cup for the release of v1.0

Are you okay with adding variations of characters? Because if so, I would like to see Pirate Bowser Jr. I don't have the sprites but if I see any, I will give them to you (I'm rubbish at making custom sprite art). If not, then maybe Paris Promenade (if you're okay with Tour tracks).

Problem 1:
Click on collaborate in the character editor
Then select 'Create Share Link' to generate a collab link
Problem 2:
Tour/Arcade tracks are also allowed to be added to CTGP-PC Deluxe, as long as it is up to quality with the rest of multicup and not a copied image.
You can send the collab link for your circuit by clicking on 'Collaborate' to generate a new link.

Ok, thanks. Because I'm using a school's chromebook, I cannot use either the character editor or the track builder due to a firewall, so take everything I suggested as ideas. Also, what do you mean by "up to quality with the rest of the multicup"?
