For me it initially started as a comment on the Return to Super Bob-Omb Kart multicup back in 2022, when someone said to me "so true foxgirl thing" based on my pfp at that point (aka one of the countless Senko pfp I had between 2022 and 2024), then it stayed as some sort of private joke with some people around here, then I started to use it seriously for when I joined twitter (since my old username Max-Bros wasn't avaible), same for discord when they changed their whole username system, before I ended up using it almost everywhere because it feels both simple yet kind of unique, and also fits me waaay more than Max-Bros, which was something I made up when I was 11 and I needed something for my scratch account back in 2019 (and we are NOT gonna talk about that era when I was named Senko because I had no idea other than using the name of my pfp yet some people still call me like that)

I use 3 different usernames, so here is the history of all 3 of them.
Yoshi128 (mkpc username)
is because when I joined this site and made my first track, I couldn't think of a username so I just chose the default one which is Yoshi64. (I still use that when making tracks because I am too lazy to change it. ) When I created my MKPC account the day after I found this site, I tried making my official username Yoshi64, but that was already taken, so I doubled the number and I am now Yoshi128. I also thought about changing the "yoshi" part of Yoshi64 to like Shyguy64 or Koopa64 or something but I decided to just change the number.

I couldn't think of a roblox username back in 2020 so I just picked a few letters and a number and then I also used that for mk tour back when I got that game in October 2024 and Pokemon TCG Pocket when that came out.

I was maybe 13 when I first joined, and back then, I didn't wanna reveal my real name, so I just chose MysteryMan. It's basic, yes, but it was also available, so...
In more recent years, I've used my real name (Jacob) on Discord, YouTube, etc., and even showed my face on a stream, so I'm not really a "MysteryMan" anymore. I still keep it though because why not.
