Anyway, we need more people for Gym Leaders/Elite 4. We currently have:

Looks good, except would have the underground ultra after the marsh evil base, and also have another evil base (forgot to add it in the image, since I forgot I added a 19th type) near 16.
Anyway, I'll explain what the evil base gimmicks are in this: Illegal abilities. The evil team leaders will use Pokémon with abilities they shouldn't have (E.G. Shadow Tag Jigglypuff with perish song)

Since a couple of people have said they want to be gym leaders specifically, I'm gonna locate them around the map.
Xrunner will be the one in the dark treehouse town (fortree rip-off) since the only other fitting place is too early for such a strong team (Spore + Sleep Paralysis combo)

Yeah same. I was thinking of the ghost ultra to be in a part of the cave that only appears once you are partway through the ultra quest, and like in SV, the ultras also get an E4 member since they don't have a trainer in they're quest, which is why it would be both. As for electric it could be the... Idk which one

If you put like a power plant somewhere where an ultra mon is, electric ultra could go there
