Where does Wario's results jingle come from?

I've been recently trying other characters from the roster to see how they play, and in doing so I discovered that most characters have a unique jingle that plays in their results screen.

For the most part, these were easy to identify, since most were from Super Mario Kart, but one in particular caught me off guard: Wario's, stumping me as I wondered what was it based on.

This leads us to the title question: Is Wario's results jingle based on a real song from a Wario Land or WarioWare game (like Daisy's is based on Birabuto Kingdom), or is it an original composition?

It's cool to see it was made specifically for the game, but what I meant was if the song referenced another game, like Daisy's jingle is based on a Super Mario Land song.
