being able to favorite tracks, it could just be a heart icon next to where you rate the track or something, and then somewhere in your profile you could see a "favorite tracks" section like the followed topics section.
also, being able to customize MKPC. Like changing the background color, colors of the boxes around replies and stuff, and the color of the red bar at the top under the logo.
It could go next to notifications like this
it could also have some preset themes like dark mode and light mode
also a question mark reaction, right now no reaction really does what a [?] does

The ability to choose an audio file (.WAV, .MP3, .MP4) for custom track music. Not everyone knows how to make and post a Youtube video, ya know.
Also not everybody has a youtube channel
like I know theres alot of people play the game on there school computers and might not be able to make one.

Why not make a separate multicup for quick mode tracks and just link them to each other in the multicup description? I don't have a track, sorry.
bcs quick mode requires no skill nor is even good
they take like 3 minutes to make and are usually just tracks of narrow 90 degree slop
also why do you ask if you haven't even made one yourself

People bring up pokemon a lot with this stuff, but Nintendo doesn't make pokemon, game freak does and Nintendo's basically just the publisher.
that's missing the fact that, well, its actually 2 games.
honestly 35 dollars isn't that bad for Mario Galaxy. Its a pretty normal price form remasters/rerelases

well I don't think adding a update is quite that easy.
like they have to test it and make sure it doesn't have any giant bugs. Also I've heard that mkpcs code is not exactly great but idk.
And they have to do bug fixes.
and most people who can code good enough probably also have a job that they need to do too

One additional thing that helped me learn/get better was changing from default controls. I changed my accelerate button to x so I don't have to hold up and down at the same time.
This. I knew I was forgetting a tip, yes. Changing your inputs is very useful, it's what I ended up doing in the beginning, and I can RD very efficiently now.
