So, In Grand Prix, The CPU has a Faster Cooldown, They are Faster than You slightly, And They accelerate Faster than You. And When they Get hit by a Blue Shell or Bob Omb, it takes them 25 Seconds to Cooldown. For You, it takes 30 Seconds. And if You are doing Stunts on a Jump, They will be Faster than You only by a Bit. These CPU's Must Be Fixed. I've Tolerated them Long Enough that I'm Sick of them. Please, get them Fixed.
I think it's you who has a problem called Skill Issue
Tbh I don't have a big difficulty with the CPUs, and their advantage allows to have a challenge, and unlocking a character is really satisfying, when I had finally unlocked all the characters I was happy, relieved, and so satisfied , reducing the CPU difficulty would remove the challenge of finishing all the cups, and allows you to train and apply strategies to get stronger, so don't lose hope, one day you will succeed

1.) They are intentionally hard. It would be boring if you could beat them first try then forget about them.
2.) Do you need to keep making topics about this? I understand making one, but you don't need to keep making them expecting a different outcome

They really aren’t worth celebrating. If you’re seriously celebrating about getting to 1000 messages then it’s a sign that maybe you don’t deserve that many messages. Chances are, 90% of them were posted with no real significance and only for the purpose of grinding messages. Btw, thought I’d let you know that this is in fact Mario Kart, since I’ve noticed that you haven’t played it at all. What’s the point of grinding messages on a Mario Kart website, if you’re not even going to play the game? Kids like you are proof that the MKPC forums are dead, filled with immature little kids who don’t care about the game but instead want to get a silly little number as high as possible

And C) Submit a similarly-themed track in a reply to one of the RUNNER UPS of the shebang, either marketing your track as the "But Bad" variant, or straight-up INSULTING MINE (I don't know which one this could be, because that is some very confusing sentence work.)

If I'm being completely honest, Mar10 day, is a minor holiday, and all that really happens is everyone dresses up like mario characters, but how do you make a track around that?
