What is the stupidiest school rule?

Finally for me, HELL ended and I was thinking about some very dumb rules at school.

Now I was thinking... What is the stupidiest rule that your school has? Or what's the stupidiest school rule in general?

For me it's that you can't fight back:

Imagine that you get bullied for a really long time, and when you report it, they don't do anything about it. So you grow that anger that has to be released somewhere...

Then the very next day, at school, you get bullied again, so that's when you hit the bully in the face. You're finally relieved, but you get reported and sent home, then get beaten up by your parents for "fighting back".

This is so stupid, and unfair too. Why you can't fight back? Because "it hurts"?! Sonion, this is how self defence work, and perhaps, it's coded into people's brains to fight back if they are in real danger.

uhhhh....I don't think my skool has any stupid rules. But I think it's not eating in class because I'm always hungry.

For me, it's how a few students can punish everyone. Last December, the same 5-6 people were constantly talking to each other and we had to sit in homeroom seating for 2 straight weeks. It makes more people mad than it makes the bad kids learn.

Just construct the building to have wider hallways. And besides, what if you were late to a class and you had to go in an emergency?

In my elementary school they only allowed us to sit with our homerooms at lunch, and I'm happy it's not like that anymore in middle school.

So we have a big field outside the cafeteria for us to go to after we’ve eaten, and they have tables out there… but never let us eat at them

So, what's the point of having them? Decoration?

I'm 100% with you on this. Punishing the victim for fighting back is just completely unfair.

I used to go to that school (we're brothers) and you used to be able to eat there but I guess not anymore so idk why they just didn't remove them

if you dont have your shirt fully tucked in, the teachers have full rights and are ENCOURAGED TO give you a lunch detention

I thought of a stupid rule, which is where badly behaved people end up doing this:

My school has a rule saying: only use bathrooms at recess. Like WHAT?! First of all, what if you have to go during class? Teacher's say: "Just try at recess so you won't have to later. Secondly, I only have 15 minute recess, and the bathroom is a long walk from there. Maybe about like 2 minute walk. So I walk 2 minutes, take 2 minutes, walk back 2 minutes, and now I only get 9 minutes of recess. I think this rule is really dumb and shouldn't exist.

My school doesn’t have any stupid rules as you’re allowed to do self-defense but in my cousins school one time somebody was trying to punch my cousin and my cousin dodged and the bully hit his punch on the wall when the principal called my cousin in and was like you should have let him punch you in the face so that’s a much softer spot to punch like he was trying to make you in pain and you and you’re just OK with that
