If you're talking about inactive moderators, they either lost interest for the game or they're busy with other things such as final exams coming soon (for me too).

Mario Galaxy 1 le jeu est VRAAAIIIMENT incroyable, le Mario Galaxy 2 franchement on applaudit, il est 10x meilleur et c'est vraiment une réelle aventure quand t'y joues, tu devrais vraiment avoir le jeu

You know how in Super Mario Kart, all the drivers are supposed to be in the Pipe Frame based on the artwork of the game? Well, their sprites show them driving different vehicles--if you look closely. Take Yoshi for example. It might be because of the pallet limitations, but anyway.
