An apology to mogi players

Now, I would just want to make an apology because... I'll explain it.
So, basically not that long ago I played a mogi that I raged and got so mad on that I actually broke some stuff and I ragequitted on the mogi and said that I will never play again. That was true. I also had a argument with @Wal64, also known as Waluigi64, and I put him on ignore for a day. This was because I kept on losing and losing, and even though we all had the same strategy, RDing, also known as reverse drifting, I couldn't win against them because they was too fast because they were way more skilled than me. Sometime after that, I read this message on a forum topic called: MKPC Clan Wars. Someone posted a comment about it. The comment was from @Mapno4, a competitive MKPC player and lounge/mogi player. Here is the comment/message that he sent:
From this one simple comment on a forum topic, I learned that competitive MKPC/mogi's aren't just about winning, it's about having fun and making players improve their skill, so it's okay to have the worst score. We all have our ups and downs.
I have learned my lesson from this, and I benefited from this. Today, right after I got back from home, @Wal64 texted me in my DM's saying something like: "Hey, we need one more player, wanna play a mogi?" or something like that. I'm too lazy to check my DM's to see what he said. But, since I learned my lesson and honestly wanted to get back into mogi's again, I played one. It was fun! I still got the lowest score, but that didn't matter. It was fun, cool tracks, and more. (I also got mario karted whenever I got a good placement
) This was a great experience and not all good players have to play mogi's. This is for people who needs or want to improve at the game. Not just only sweaty people that don't touch grass and be on discord, steam, and roblox all day. This was for everyone. As of today, I am now an official competitive MKPC player! Play mogi!

Coming from a rather new competitive player, and this goes to everybody in the forum, MKPC CT Lounge is the best way to improve at this game as of now. There's tons of new talent being showcased along with rapidly growing skill levels of players, it's the best environment to get humbled and grow in terms of the base mechanics and finding out what you can do to become better. It's not just for serious players, either, there's tons of casual competitive players that still hop on to play matches because it's fun, but they still improve subconsciously. Base mkpc tracks are horrible for competitive, like actually awful. Play https://mkpc.malahieude.net/map.php?mid=10813. Practice it. Once you feel like you understand the tracks, play some lounges. It's gotten significantly more active since the end of the last year, there's at least one mogi every day now. Don't settle for weak comp play. If you want to play comp mkpc, play comp mkpc. REAL comp mkpc, CT Lounge. I even have videos of myself playing and training through certain maps
There's so many steps to take to get better at the game, and if you start out and feel overwhelmed, that's okay, even professional players that have been playing for potentially longer get frustrated with their choices, you aren't alone, and you shouldn't feel as if you are. The climb to become better is full of demotivation, mistakes, and frustration, but if you keep playing, if you keep wanting to learn and practice to succeed, you will become better, no matter if you can't even rd yet, no matter if you can't take off-road drift patterns, no matter if your lines "suck", there's always room for improvement. Play lounge! https://discord.gg/JvDS9PGY8x

Now that (I think) I've gotten good enough at the game, I'm thinking about joining Lounge myself...

You should! It’s a great way to improve your skill! The tracks are also way better than the base game tracks also. If you want to join, ask wal or mapno in their DM’s.

Please do, it's the best way to become better at the game. I cannot stress that enough.
