I brushed this topic off as a silly joke at first and then I saw that it was written by an amazing MKPC player such as yourself, so I had to direct my attention towards it

A TAS tool for this game would be absolutely incredible, however I don't think this can be easily implemented. The main problem is that MKPC's code is like spaghetti and all over the place, so it's difficult to add new stuff

Previously, players used Chrome Extensions that allow you to slow down the speed of any website you were on, which proved as an advantage in MKPC. Some would use this as cheating, some would just use it as TAS etc.

Unfortunately, the extension got taken down a while ago so there's no realistic way of having a TAS right now unless you are some sort of robot. This would be amazing to see though, I have a bunch of ideas that I think might be faster but I don't have godlike reaction times

All my world record have been beaten and now have become former world records, I hope these are still okay. I haven't beaten any of these times yet so they can be recorded easily:

Problem

When playing online I saw an issue where you see a 100,000+ VR player face off against an 8,000 VR player who just learnt how to drift

Additionally, people will low VR but insane driving can absolutely destroy someone's VR that took days of grinding; in just a few races.

Idea for Solution

Instead of throwing the first 12 players to join into a lobby, there could be a system (if there is not one already) to let players of similar VR play with eachother. This won't be a perfect solution but it is better than having a 92,000 VR difference in races and makes it less 'grindy' to get more VR, especially at Titan/Superstar.

Players will still be able to join eachother's specific public lobbies if they have followed each other on MKPC. Private lobbies are perfect just the way they are.

Please correct me if this exists and I'm just being stupid.

I tried to play SNES Rainbow Road on 200cc but I kept falling off the track because the road is too thin! It's literally impossible to stay on the track, does anyone have any advice for getting better at SNES RR?

Additionally, I'd like to request that you use a character that best fits the theme of the track. So far it hasn't been an issue, but things like fire toad on a underwater track for example won't fit very well. You're still allowed to use Daisy's stats.

You don't have to reverse drift, as long as you drive well and follow the staff ghost rules. The only effect that not reverse drifting has is that your ghosts will be rated easier.

Can you please follow the rules for making staff ghosts in this multi-cup?

I clearly listed them above. Only 2 staff ghosts are allowed per track (1 on 150cc and 1 on 200cc). If someone else has already set a ghost there, please do not set another one in the exact same engine class and track!!

I'd like you to please delete these duplicate ghosts you have set, for organisation sake.
