This company is so funny man
It's a random Wednesday morning in Japan less than a week before their next direct and they updated Pikmin 3 DX, gave Smash a balance patch and:
-added 5-8 player to 8DX
-raised player speed across the board invalidating every WR
-changed the Boo to work like it does in DS and World
Say what you will about not looking too mcuh more visually impressive gprahics wise but their commitment to using the Switch 2's hardware to add insane modes and features in 8DX, Bananza and Raiders bodes really well for future games like Luigi's Mansion 4 or the next 3D Kirby.

well MR_BABY_MARIO had the name first and BabyMario_REAL kind of makes it seem like he's impersonating him with he "real" in the name but also it might not be the case most likely I was just pointing it out
If we're going by that logic then, they're copying the people who used these usernames long before they even joined MKPC:
To finally settle this debate: Neither MR_Baby_Mario's nor BabyMario_REAL's usernames are original, plus it makes sense to expect people to call themselves a Mario character in a Mario Kart game. Also, the usernames are different enough.

The only reason I would ever self-report my own message is to get the attention of the moderators quickly, but there is literally no reason for me to do that here, for context, I was simply asking MR_BABY_MARIO how he pulled off his strat while showing a GIF of a failed run (in his case he respawns on the line instead of just before)
Likely what happened is something else was posted around that time frame that was deleted and then this one happens to be the one to get its message ID, and thus it shows up on the reported page instead of the one that was deleted; it's a known glitch that I've seen other moderators post about before

Anyone else's followers go down? All of the Hitler Kart alts are gone from my follower list.
there's been a feature added recently where mods can remove followers from any profile, so they decided to forcefully make deleted accounts and the hitler accounts unfollow from people's profiles via that tool
My girlfriend works for Mario Kart PC and she says they've reset over 1000 accounts with offensive usernames

We should actually start banning "Orientation" (if he/she is a troll to me) or "AI" in a username. If it does, it will be changed. Did you know that the original concept of the username change was Orientation without the AI?

RD JUST ruins THE GAME FOR BEGINNERS>Uh what? That's like saying you find a certain mechanic, that was literally intended by the developer to stay in the game, too hard and therefore wanting to try ban it or isolate it because you just suck at the game.
There is no need to create a leaderboard like this, the 150cc and 200cc leaderboards are fine enough. Although I would be open to interesting categories, such as: Fast Lap and TAS (latter is unrealistic but a TAS feature would be cool, since back in the day people used slow motion for this).

So recently the mods and I have noticed some pretty bad forum trends: message grinding and random topics nobody really knows/cares about. We've also had to delete quite a few because they were either just plain dumb, had conversions unrelated to the topic or it was the same 2-3 people just messaging each other. We decided to bring this back because we'd rather this stuff be in one place rather than just everywhere, i.e. organised spam as opposed to cluttered spam.
Obviously the "anything" part doesn't mean everything and you still have to follow the rules. Your posts here have to make sense because I dont wanna see random gibberish, so anyone who uses the "this is space for ANYTHING" card is gonna get a warn, non negotiable. (so don't just post a single letter/emoji or bash your keyboard etc.)
Please don't use this as a space to grind messages, or treat this like a big groupchat either.
The mods will be monitoring this topic so please don't abuse this or do anything stupid. We may also be locking or deleting any random topics in the future.
