Bowser Jr.
Normally, Bowser gets all the cool tracks, but this time, it's his son's turn. You will make a track inspired by Bowser Jr, but there will be a catch. You are not allowed to make a generic Bowser's Castle. Instead, think of something along the lines of Neo Bowser City, or any non-castle thing that could match with Bowser Jr's personality.

3. If a theme is categorized at Nitro or Retro, you must make that kind of course.
4. Your Nitro tracks have to be original, meaning no tracks from other users.
I also decided to scrap the DLC prize, but winners can still earn badges.
