And the track will have an interesting layout, it doesn't mean that you just reject it because it's made in pixel art, some people don't know how to draw but pixel art is accessible to everyone.

New project, CTGP PC (but good). It's something thats been tried before by Senko and Pixel, but both have been discontinued and had a poor track quality
In this, I will only be accepting tracks rated high enough, for now its 15/20, but as it evolves this is subject to change. Anyone is free to take part in the creation of tracks, and both Nitros and Retros are allowed. Hey! If you want to unlock the 
Dark, all you have to do is type exactly "dark" on the Custom Item Distribution page.(Note: If it doesn't work, click anywhere on the Custom Item Distribution screen with your mouse and retry typing "dark". This doesn't work on mobile.)
The
Dark Shell is a secret item added in April Fools 2023. It moves just like a regular 
Blue Shell but instead of targetting the player in 1st place, it targets the player in last place. It's basically a troll for-fun item only accessible in Custom Item Distributions.So you can't get it on mobile?
It will get added next update.
