Very tiny news post but a couple updates happened at the end of last year and they haven't been mentioned yet outside of Discord as far as I've seen.

  📦 You can now make custom hitboxes for your decors (advanced options)

  🔒 Comments can be locked on your creations.

  🛹 You no longer fall off rails if a hole was too close to the rails (holes still have higher priority than rails, so if there's a hole overlapping a rail you still fall)

These are not a necessary addition, programming them will be difficult, and the existing ramps and cannons are fine. Like the first point there are more important updates too.

You can already look back while racing
Ramps aren’t necessary at all, it would require 3D most likely, hard to program for a 2d game programmed like this, there’s more I’d like to say about this but I don’t feel like typing it out.
And for the 3d mode, you might as well play a different game at this point. It won’t be added. This is inspired by the original Mario kart so we’re gonna keep it like this forever. Plus we don’t need 3d mode at all. Go to the suggestions topic if you want to suggest something to add

1: a ramp you can use so you can go up stairs or something
2: 3D mode
3: look back behind you while racing
And 4: gliders or at least spinning platforms

Funky4MKWorld People be like custom hitboxes ain't a big deal. The rest is mainly bug fixes, but the Hitboxes is kinda crazy.

Just kidding, but this is actually very cool. And, you can even make custom hitboxes for your decors now is actually insane, and the virtual keyboard. All of this was very good updates, and I hope that they keep on making updates like this in the future.

DiamondStone Not very many changes here, but I can see great use in all of these, custom hitboxes are just great overall, locking comments is definitely a good change, the rails fix is great, and the other two I haven't got much to say about other than they're probably good changes
