Friendly reminder to keep this topic only for reports and to actually read the 2nd post on this topic about jumping in, I've had to delete quite a few messages.

Friendly reminder for people to use this topic only for reports and not for anything else. I've deleted a few unimportant messages but I've decided I'll leave some that I think are reasonable even if not actually a report. Although I probably won't do this anymore.

I'll also update the topic rules on the 2nd post for an issue I didn't think of before, but you are allowed to reply here if you want to contest a report you think is false or dumb (eg you've been reported for light swears). Although it should be obvious to contest reports only regarding yourself, no need to jump in for others. (We do have common sense anyway so it's likely you don't need to report, the x emoji should be enough).

Updated the 2nd post on the topic, please have a read. It just makes it a little easier to scroll through reports.

Please use this topic ONLY for reports, and where possible merge reports into 1 post. Any message that isn't a report will be deleted, this is not a place to increase your message count.

The only exception to this is if you think a report is unfair and you want to contest it, but you can only do this for yourself. Don't jump in for others.

Also, if there is already a report, there is no need to jump in on it and add another comment like "they also have a bad description" or "they also did this to me". We investigate these sorts of things already.

Here's how I would do it:
- Export each frame as an image with a transparent background, and if it still has one for some reason use this site https://www.remove.bg/
- Upload those images to this site https://ezgif.com/maker and fix the settings to match whatever you want

MKPC Generations is a community project where members collaborate to recreate (almost) all of Nintendo's retro tracks, similar to the Mario Kart 8 project on the site. For over a year we've been collecting and creating tracks to put into one giant multicup, and now we finally have enough to release the project.

At the time of posting this all of the N64 and Wii tracks have been completed and are the only courses to feature for now, however the other MK games are not too far off from being completed. To keep quality, we've decided to update the multicup only when all tracks from each game.

Most likely because the challenge is actually easy.

For example, I've seen some challenges recently that have a time limit of 1:30 requested as "difficult", but can be beaten in half of that without really trying. So of course we need to downgrade the difficulty.

To be fair the current rules are pretty outdated and at times unclear so maybe I should work on a new set (that totally wasn't proposed several years ago).

Most likely the "R" wasn't seen by the validator, if you rebeat it I can fix it (challenges might be downgraded to medium difficulty).

Btw rotating the image doesn't count towards anything since the image is still technically the same, and the goombas and custom music are a bit debatable. It's mainly the R variant part that would let this slide.

You might not be aware of how the system works, but basically all pending challenges are put on a hidden log only validators have access to, so we can see it anyway.

The topic isn't for letting people know what challenges you have, it's about what challenges are allowed and if people have any questions around them.

Nodac is, he's practically done like 90%+ of the challenges lately, so I think he deserves a break lol.

Most likely a break or just busy with other stuff, tbh we've only got 1 really active validator atm.

We've also gotten a lot of challenges recently too, more than what we normally get. Yesterday when I got on there were 82 pending, I brought that down to 40 but it's back up to 57. I plan on doing a bit more soon but obviously I need to prioritise uni work.

Sorry that was me, I should probably update the first post so that it's clearer. I started rejecting challenges on stolen tracks since it became an issue after the topic.

Even though your case doesn't seem like you stole it on purpose I'm still not sure if I should allow it just to keep things consistent. I'm also not entirely sure what you meant by being 'forced' to steal it. DM me if you'd like to ask anything else related to this tho.

I just checked what happened and in your case you just got unlucky because the items didn't load in for some reason. Nothing you didn't wrong and it seems fixed now 👍

The topic was intended to clarify challenge rules and guidelines, not to show people any challenges you have. We can already see them when they are pending.

In your case, I have skill issue and can't beat some of them lol
