P4R is not coming out this year I'm afraid. Maybe next year.

The only thing I'm sad about is that they didn't add any tracks from Mario Kart 8 into world

They added sky high sundae and it was from mk8 dlc
Since development for World started in 2017, it is highly likely that it was straight up made for World first. Then we got the downgraded version in Tour & 8DX.
mmm yes
reject the argument if SHS is a nitro to 8DX or tour
return to SHS being originally a nitro for MKW, and thus being a nitro to MKW
(no seriously, this is used for people who think that SHS and the other BCP tracks are nitros for tour "since they were originally planned for tour and were in the files WAY BEFORE the bcp, they are nitros to tour, even tho they first appeared in the bcp"
(yes, i believe they are nitros to the bcp, because, what is the definition of a nitro? a new track never seen before that first appeared in this specific game. even if they were planned for tour or even MKW, they're still nitros to the bcp, since they first appeared there (if they first appeared in tour, i would believe they're nitros to tour, but since it didnt... yeah)))
I mean, before the context of World's ddvelopment it made sense. The only argument against was "in the past nitro meant XYZ".
Meanwhile, on the for it side, you have:
The track name and some assets in Tour's files a whole year prior
The fact that it doesn't show what game it came from(which all the other retros in Tour do)
The fact that the music in Tour is different from the 8DX version(all the GCN & Wii courses use the exact same audio, GBA, DS & 3DS get their songs un-bitcrushed
Clearly it was designed for World(although development for World itsrlf was restarted in 2020, 1 year after Tour)
But the only argument against it being a Tour track was literally semantics

How's the game? Did Nintendo plagiarize as much as in Mario Wonder?
What did they plagiarize in Wonder?
B u b b l e f l o w e r
Plagiarized from who? Ignoring that the general idea is...extremely basic and obvious.
Like, that's not really plagiarism on it's own. It makes a lot of sense. Is the suit color the same? Is bubble's interaction with enemies the same? When was that Bubble Flower created? How many people knew about that fangame beforehand?
Like, I'm not gonna call someone who's never heard of A Hat in Time a plagiarizer just because their song is simply called 'Train Rush'. It'd have to be undeniable.
bro have u not seen that one fanart of bubble mario? then, nintendo just went straight ahead, months later, and copied the EXACT IDEA AND SUIT COLOR! everything about it is the same!
As I said, they already used (most) of the mechanics in NSMBU for Bubble Baby Yoshi. The only one that wasn't there is bouncing off of the bubbles (I think)
And the "suit color" in question is literally just pink.
They would definitely have nuked stuff if they stole from it, I guarantee it. It was most likely just a coincidence for the color (Because it's literally just pink.)
We'll find out next 2D Mario though.

and im not saying the mechanics were copied, as these are just images, but the pretty much exact suit and idea and colors and image was just copied. This is 3 images, it cant be a coincedince.
I hate to burst your bubble (lol) but the 2nd and 3rd images were created on the day of and a few days after the Mario Wonder Direct(where the new powerups besides the Elephant were first shown) respectfully. They're just fan art of the Wonder designs and only exist because of them. Not the other way around.
Only the first one has any merit, and again, the suit design in question is justpink. Soap bubbles are often represented as pink in media. It's literally just the color pink. There's no special design or anything, it's just fire flower with a pink shirt. Anyone could've done that.
Also, is there any particular reason they wouldn't have stolen the Bubble Cap Mario is wearing either? They already did something similar for Cloud flower. They definitely would've, I feel like, because that's literally genius. Incredible artwork. But again, it's just...pink.
I guess we can't have a Water powerup because of SMG4 then, with this logic. Or anything yellow because there's a lightning Mario in some fangame (I think it was a NSMBW hack)
well i just realized with the last 2, but still, i was scrolling through, and there were many more fanarts from way before smb wonder was announced. but theres so many fanarts, and you would think they would have even remotely different designs, but no. THEY'RE ALL THE SAME. Red, and pink. also its not just pink its also red. they might be linked in some way, but even if they were, theres way too many for nintendo to not see at least one. Nintendo could've tried to shake the design up a little, even a subtle change like making the gloves a different color, or making the hat red, which would've given you a way stronger point, but no. They didn't. So, in my opinion, this is complete plagiarism.
Fire Flower and Ice Flower also have the red overalls. Same for Luigi's overalls all going green. They literally did that first, sinfe the very first game. It's just how the flowers work. And again, cartoon bubbles are usually pink. Look at Stella from Angry Birds. You can't call plagiarism over a single colour.
Also, no non-suit Mario Powerup has ever changed the gloves color. There's literally no grounds for it. Heck, even the Bee Suit doesn't.

Also it's missing other details of the concept, like the skating ability (I guess it's based off of Ice in Kirby. I mean, Bubble Kirby functioned the way Bubble Flower does and that was a while before NSMBU even, which this design also doesn't pre-date) which Nintendo would've stolen too.

You can find the Bubble Flower in New Super Mario World 1: The Twelve Magic Orbs. (World 2)
It's one of most popular ROM hacks of Mario World.
Okay, that one is pretty well known. But that game's Bubble flower is based on the same thing Wonder's Bubble Flower is based on: Bubble Baby Yoshi from NSMBU (older than both). You can tell with the whole "enemy dies and becomes coins" thing. The colors are pretty uncanny, I will admit(although Mario has never had a pink powerup so simple colour distinction could be the cause). I feel like they would've taken it down if that was the case tho. Nintendo have struck down games like AM2R just because they were making something similar themselves, even though the games ended up being extremely different by the end of it. Fangames have died for less(like the Battle Royale Mario). If that was the case, I think 12 Orbs would've gotten nuked. Not that Japanese developers are looking up ROM hacks of SMW to begin with.
Either way, World has no original power ups(besides Coin Shell) or characters, so nope, no plagiarism, whether that was intended copying or not!
I do agree that plagiarism was a bit strong of a word in that situation. Thank you for correcting me.
No problem. It's not wrong to say either. We'll likely never know. But World at the least has nothing new so it's fine on that front. If the next 3D Mario has anything that close to a fan design tho, it'd be confirmed for sure.

P4R definitely isn't coming out this year, but GOTY is not going to be easy. E33, Prime 4, Wilds are all really good. I guess Bananza could technically be up there as well.
THE INSERTED SD CARD DOES NOT CONTAIN CTGP-R. PLEASE INSTALL IT ON THE SD CARD.

That's really good! Although I thought that you'd mention that Psychomeddler is a remix of Alivel Mall.
Also the part where they didn't use Green Greens once in the entire game to show that it really is a new world.(Except the House Replica, of course) This is especially noticeable in the final boss theme, because the past 4 games have Triumphant Return in them.

Holy crap you're really good at art!
The moveset is pretty good too. I like how it doesn't over rely on RPG attacks and stuff like all the other Toad movesets ever do.
I would say that Down Smash wouldn't really be useful on a character with legs as short as Toad's. Unless his legs grew for that one attack, you'd never hit anyone unless they were about to grab you. Idk what you would change it to though, maybea spore attack? He is a mushroom after all, he could breathe out spores to the left and right of him, you could make his face puff up beforehand and actually exhale (yes I stole this from Crusade's Neutral B)

Honestly just make a single BFDwhatever topic bro you've got like 4 of them for a single message.

Any particular reason you made a message out of that instead of using the reaction?
I was going to use a reaction but in the end I decided to send that message xd
Let him just do what he wants. He just says xd a lot and he can't help it. (sorry if I'm wrong neptuno)
Sure? I mean, people do get banned for doing what they want, most of the time (not over a single message but still)

Xenoblade is a great series, I recommend it if you like old Final Fantasy titles like 9, 10 & 12(I guess Kingdom Hearts is close enough)
even if the combat turns a lot of people off, the combat is slightly different between the games, I'd definitely play the first one on Dolphin if you can to test it.
Xenoblade 1: Great story & great soundtrack. The combat is the most basic of the series, but as long as you like the pseudo-MMO style you'll be fine. Visually stunning, some crazy plot twists, it's a good game.
Xenoblade X: The story is a bit weaker, and then some of the music is an acquired taste(different composer, literal anime composer), but the exploration, combat(as complicated as it is), sidequests & worldbuilding are on point. Mira itself is twice as large as Hyrule in BotW, and it's far from an empty shell with no padding. The worldbuilding is almost on par with Splatoon's, I would say. A lot of thought & love went into everything, and things that you wouldn't expect to be explained have explanations. Also it's the prettiest Nintendo game ever made.
Xenoblade 2: Definitely the weak link, but still a 9/10. The story starts off really slowly, and there is a fair bit of fanservice, and then there's the gacha, and the tutorial hell aspect, but once you get through the opening, it's a great game. The music is a little more optimistic as a whole from 1', while not as experimental as X. The characters(the villains especially) are extremely compelling. MC VA kinda sucks, but it's still a good game. The combat system is more than a little exploitable though.
Xenoblade 3: The best game in the series, hands down. The dark story, the best written protags in the series(aside from Kos-Mos), the best combat of the trilogy by blending 1 & 2's together, the fanservice(not the goony kind), the best soundtrack(although a lot of the songs are more environmental than 1 and 2) and most importantly, the familiar places from your past adventures...and the insane conclusion. A fitting end to the Klaus Saga.
The DLCs for the trilogy are also really good, and have some QoL the base games don't. Future Redeemed(XB3) especially is an absolute thrill.
But it's all something you have to seem for yourself. Again, if PS2 era Final Fantasy is something that you enjoy, you're in for a treat.
Also, if your album isn't filled with screenshots from the stunning places you see you're playing it wrong. It's definitely the kind of game where you'll just sit there and listen to an area's music when you first arrive sometimes. Then it'll switch to night, &...well, you'll see if you're playing 1, which is still definitely the ugliest one in the series(not by much)
