DSAF OOB Cut
On 2025-07-25 at 21:02:00
What happened was that I was going to make another topic focused on the DSAF OOB, but I made the name not clear enough, and realized that ppl weren't gonna click even if they were interested in the OOB. From now on, I'll only make topic names clear and concise, I have to in order to get people to recognize the discovery. I wish you could change topic names.

[DSAF] OOB Shortcut
On 2025-07-25 at 19:22:53
Not gonna play any games, I found a theoretical OOB that will destroy WR if done properly, it's just difficult. DS Airship Fortress has so many OOB areas, and these extra time saves save 2-2.5-3 seconds per lap.

Oh okay then no new cut lol XP

Found a new OOB Cut in Riverside Park this time. I haven't mastered it, so I couldn't really get a run ahead of WR with it, but I'm pretty sure it's faster, even by just milliseconds.

This one's way more simple, and honestly I don't know why it hasn't been at least questioned.
All it takes is jumping off the end ramp onto the wall layer of the track, and driving close to the finish line while touching the checkpoint on the U-Turn (Hairpin Turn).

Tips for a Beginner

By the way, GoombafromMKW is an awesome guy, so please be nice to him!

Even if it seems sweaty, learning tracks goes a long way. Look at how the WR of each track takes lines, and learn Reverse Drift. If you take the time to better your skills in RD, learning the lines becomes second nature.
Note: RD is truly something that becomes stronger the longer you use it. It's very instinctual, and once you get "good" you won't even need to think about the inputs.
"New..." Thing? (I don't even know if this is applicable anywhere else it's just funny)

So I was trying to find another OOB (still am) and I stumbled upon a weird thing to do with the way the game's hitboxes work, which I previously have exhibited on custom tracks that weren't made very well, so come to my surprise that this works on mc2 as well.
How to clip through a wall sorta:
1. Find a thin wall with a ramp on the other side.
2. Build up a Super Mini-Turbo.
3. Release it into the wall and you (should) collide with the ramps hitbox and activate the ramp, making you fly over the wall.
Now, as I've stated I can only do this on one track (as of now):

Do you guys hold any obscure World Records?

I happened to snag a WR on a shared track called "Ds Rainbow Road Kaizo" by utilizing an ultra shortcut found by JellyGroove. It made me wonder if anybody else has one or two world records on tracks that nobody plays/has played.
Stupid features in MKPC you want gone

Offroad inconsistencies. Why does water void you in one map, and not in another? Why can I bump into invis walls while drifting, but not while, idk, running straight into them? Ts don't make no sense.

Picking Apart The Game
On 2025-07-09 at 20:59:53
In your time playing the game, what are some things you've found that don't make any sense from a bug standpoint?
Example: Drifting into track hazards is finicky, and you don't always get hit by the hazard, no matter your speed.
